The Office of International Initiatives, the HCC Foundation, Board Trustee Jay Aiyer, and Chancellor Emerita Ruth Burgos-Sasscer are spearheading the Tsunami Relief Fund on behalf of the HCC administration, faculty, staff and students.
"We thank the HCC community for its support, but we want to make sure their donations will be used wisely and efficiently," says Gigi Do, coordinator of International Initiatives, so we are working together with other agencies to ensure that this will happen. Our Web site will be continually updated to reflect the status of the fund so people can see how their donations will be distributed."
