READY TO VOTE!

HOUSTON—Arney Lee Strickland, Jr. (seated), Health Information Specialist student at Houston Community College Southwest, takes a break between classes to fill out his voter registration application. Standing beside him is Professor Joyce Doyle, who teaches Intensive English and manages the Gulfton audio lab and reading center. She obtained registration applications and organized the drive for staff, students and faculty at the college. The last day to register and be eligible to vote in the November 7 election is Tuesday, October 10.
