Houston - Ever thought about becoming a teacher? Houston Community College can help. HCC Southwest is holding a Teacher Education night Tuesday, February 28 from 5 to 7 pm, at the Scarcella Center located at 10141 Cash Road in Stafford.

Potential students will learn about the HCC Teacher Education program, HCC Associate of Arts in Teaching Degree, and the HCC Alternative Certification Program (ACP).

Representatives from HCC, University of Houston, UofH Clear Lake, UofH Downtown, Texas Southern University, Houston Baptist University, University of St. Thomas, Texas A& M and Prairie View A&M will be available to provide information regarding transfer to a four year university.
