      The Executive Board or E-board is composed of seven elected members of the association (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, parliamentarian, historian and public relations officer). The responsibilities for each the positions are listed in the Bylaws of the association.  The purpose of the Executive Board is to conduct the business of an event, set long-range goals, review policy, establish guidelines, discuss problems, and make recommendations for the betterment of the organization
