Southwest College Job Fair Invitation for Employers

I would like to invite your company to participate in Houston Community College Southwest's Upcoming Job Fair at the West Loop Center. This event is free to employers and the pubic.

Booths at this event are free. Please contact me to let me know if you will or will not attend. Electricity is free but limited so be sure to request electricity for your booth, if needed.

I can use and would greatly appreciate a door prize donation, which doesn't have to be expensive. In addition, advertising items with your company name and logo on them always come in handy. I make classroom presentations each semester and use company donations to encourage
student participation, which serves to promote your company name with our students.

Parking is plentiful and located in front of the building. The building is located south of the Southwest Freeway (Highway 59) and on the east side of Loop 610.Yahoo Map Directions: From the north on Loop 610, drive south over 59, take the Fournace/Bissonnet exit and u-turn under the freeway and stay on the feeder, go to Glenmont, turn right, then turn left into the parking lot. From the south, drive north on Loop 610, exit on Fournace and stay on the feeder, turn right on Glenmont, then turn left into the parking lot. From downtown and the west side from Highway 59, take 610 South and exit Fournace/Bissonnet, u-turn under the freeway and stay on the feeder, go to Glenmont, turn right then left into parking lot.
