The Student Job Bank
Here's a quick and easy way to get your hiring opportunities out in front of our entire student body with one simple listing. When you need to fill a staff opening, simply click over to the Job Bank Employer's Page and list your opening with us. The listing will be promptly reviewed and posted on line for all students to consider. Qualified students can then fax, e-mail or contact your company in the manner you specify. To get password access to our Student Job Bank Input area, just give us a call during regular business hours and let us know that you would like to list openings on line. 713.718.7718

Job Fairs
Several times a year HCCS Southwest as well as other colleges in the Houston Community College System hold Job Fairs that bring together eager students, job seekers from the local community and leading companies interested in new talent and employees. HCCS Job Fairs are a win-win proposition for both the job seeker and the companies that are seeking to fill positions. Our Job Fairs generally require attendance for several hours in the middle of the day. They often yield many potential candidates with a minimum amount of time and effort. HCCS Job Fairs are one stop shopping for both potential employers and employees.

Contract and Customized Corporate Training
Houston Community College Southwest can assist you in customized training for your employees. A Workforce Development Specialist from Houston Community College Southwest can help you receive the most impact from your training dollar. We offer the most competitive prices within the greater Houston area and offer a variety of applications to suit your staff's level of expertise.
Let Houston Community College Southwest provide convenient and cost-effective training at your facility. If space or equipment are in short supply, schedule a training session at either the Stafford or Missouri City Corporate Training Centers. Other Southwest College locations may be available as training sites as well.

Gulf Coast Job Expo
This is an exciting event that involves not only HCCS but 7 other area Community Colleges. Scheduled in April each year, now at Reliant Center, over 100 leading employers have the opportunity to meet job seekers in the Greater Houston area. This event is open to everyone, and is quickly becoming the premiere employment event of the region.
