About Us

We are the support unit of the Telecommunications and Instructional Computing Support (TICS) Division of Houston Community College-Southwest.

We have a staff of:
1 Technician Supervisor
2 full-time Senior Hardware/Software Technicians
4 full-time Hardware/Software Technicians
4 part-time Hardware/Software Technicians.
We support both the PC & Macintosh platforms.

We are divided into two geographical service areas:

The West Loop Unit services the West Loop Center, Gulfton and Power Center locations.
The Stafford Unit services the Scarcella Science and Technology Center, Greenbriar Annex, Bluebonnet, Missouri City, and Alief locations.
Technicians have specific campus assignments and visit those sites on a regular basis.
