Real Estate License Requirements

SALESPERSON LICENSE: (requires 210 classroom hours)

RELE 1001 Principles of Real Estate (48 hrs.) = 6 wks.

RELE 1038 Principles of Real Estate II (48 hrs.) = 6 wks.

RELE 1012 Real Estate Contracts (48 hrs.) = 6 wks.

RELE 2001 Law of Agency (48 hrs.) = 6 wks.

RELE x0xx Choose any core Real Estate Course (48 hrs.) = 6wks.

RELE 1020 Real Estate Finance = (48 hrs)

RELE 1007 Real Estate Investment = (48 hrs)

RELE 1022 Real Estate Marketing = (48 hrs)

RELE 1025 Real Estate Math = (48 hrs)

RELE 1003 Real Estate Appraisal
