ARTC 2313 Digital Publishing II

3 (2 lecture, 4 lab)
Course Description: Layout procedures from thumbnails and roughs to final comprehensive and printing; emphasis on design principles for the creation of advertising and publishing materials, and techniques for efficient planning and documenting projects.
Learning Outcomes: Complete projects using thumbnails, roughs, and comprehensives; use an industry standard page layout software to create printable advertising and business materials; coordinate color and use the principles and elements of design; and demonstrate individual and team communication through conceptual action planning.
Prereqs: ARTC 1325, ARTC 1305 and ETWR 1371
