ARTC 1353 Computer Illustration (Adobe Illustrator)

3 (2 lecture, 4 lab)
Course Description: Mastery of the tools and transformation options of an industry-standard vector drawing program to create complex illustrations. Includes principles of layout and design and manipulation of text and graphics.
Learning Outcomes: Use basic elements of layout and design principles; use vector (object-oriented) drawing software to manipulate both text and graphics with emphasis on the use of Bezier curves; and implement illustration software for reproduction.
Prereqs: ARTC 1325 or Departmental Approval
